1. Local Delivery (Fermanagh & Surrounding Areas)

We are pleased to offer Free Local Delivery for customers located within the following postcode areas:

• BT74, BT75, BT76, BT77, BT78, BT79, BT81, BT92, BT93, BT94

Local deliveries are dispatched directly from our showroom in Enniskillen. If your delivery address falls within these codes, the free delivery option will automatically appear at checkout.

2. UK Nationwide Shipping

For customers outside of our local delivery zone, we offer shipping across the United Kingdom for small appliances (such as taps, kettles, toasters, and similar sized items).

• Standard Shipping Fee: £19.99

• Excluded Items: Please note that large appliances (e.g., American Fridge Freezers, Range Cookers) cannot be shipped outside of our local delivery zone.

3. Delivery Times & Availability

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

• In-Stock Items: Standard delivery is typically 1–3 working days.

• Special Orders: If an item is not currently in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, delivery may take longer. We will notify you via email with an estimated lead time in these instances.
